These are the same terms presented on my submission form. Please read and understand them before submitting your application.
GENERAL
I will only contact you regarding my commissions via e-mail or ko-fi. I will no longer be contacting anyone about my commissions through Twitter DMs (though I will respond to availability inquiries). Thank you for understanding! If you are worried about e-mails from me going to spam, you can whitelist my e-mail in advance.I retain the right to use all commissions as portfolio pieces or examples for future commissions, and to post/repost on my twitter (with a link back to you) at my behest. If the piece is a gift, please let me know and I will hold off on posting it anywhere.I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason at all, moral objections or otherwise. See below for a more detailed list of things I will and will not draw for you. I am glad to discuss any point with you if you are unsure.I do not consent to the resale or minting of my art to be used in any way associated with ANY cryptocurrency or NFTs. I do not consent to my art being used in any way to train AI software.
WILL DRAW
+ fanart, LARP/TTRPG, MMO, original characters
+ couples & groups (each additional character is full price)
+ backgrounds at your request for extra charge based on complexity
+ pinups, suggestive art
+ heavy armor, detailed designs. i draw plenty of FFXIV armor so if you are worried something is too complex, ask. particularly detailed designs (like ornate heavy armor and weapons) will add an extra charge.
WILL NOT DRAW
- anything hateful (homophobic, racist, transphobic, etc)
- anything i object to on a moral ground for any reason
- underage characters in any sort of inappropriate context
- NSFW
- real people
- characters from written descriptions only. please have good, organized visual reference of your character(s).
REFUND POLICY
In certain situations, I will provide a full or a partial refund. If I have not started at all or I have started the concept or thumbnail stage of your commission, I will provide you with a full refund. If I am past the concept stage and am working on the finished piece, I can provide you a 50% refund. I will not refund finished or close-to finished pieces. I understand that things come up, but please be respectful of my time and work.
